Do I need to worry about extra fees or duties?
No. The price you get from us already includes everything — fees, duties, and delivery. No surprises.
How will my order arrive?
We usually ship orders via Nova Poshta.
How long does it take?
From the moment your design and sample are approved, it usually takes around 4–6 weeks for your uniforms to arrive.
What if I’m not happy with the quality?
If the final products don’t match the approved sample, we’ll make it right and redo the order.
What if there are faulty items in my order?
It’s very rare (less than 0.1%), but if something slips through, we’ll replace or refund the faulty items.
How can I pay?
We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and more).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Your order can be shipped to any country.
I don’t have a logo or design — is that a problem?
Not at all. Our designers can create one for you based on your ideas. Even if you only have a rough sketch or just an idea, we’ll help bring it to life.
