Exchange and return policy
If the goods do not fit you by size or other characteristics, you may exchange or return them without explaining the reasons within one month from the purchase date. The delivery fee in case of exchange or return of the goods is paid by the buyer. You need to contact us by phone or e-mail: info@peresvitbrand.com.
However, first please make sure that:
- the goods were not in use and have no signs of use;
- the goods are fully packaged and the package integrity is preserved;
- all labels and factory marks are preserved.
