1. How to place an order on the website?
To place an order, add selected items to your cart. Then click “Checkout” in the top right corner and fill out all required fields. After checking the details, click “Confirm order”.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
At the showroom:
- cash;
- bank card.
On the website:
- cash on delivery (Nova Poshta);
- full prepayment to a bank card;
- bank transfer (for legal entities).
All payments are secure. Pay in the way that’s most convenient for you.
Delivery and Pickup
3. How much does delivery cost across Ukraine?
The delivery cost depends on weight and region according to Nova Poshta tariffs:
- Kyiv: from 60 to 100 UAH (depending on weight);
- Ukraine: from 70 to 150 UAH.
Free delivery for orders over 1000 UAH across Ukraine.
You’ll see the exact delivery cost at checkout — it’s calculated automatically based on your address and product weight.
Pickup from the Kyiv showroom is always free.
4. How fast do you ship orders?
Items in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Bulk orders may take 3–5 business days depending on warehouse load. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday.
5. How can I mark my order as urgent?
If you need your order urgently, please add a comment when placing it. Orders made before 15:00 are shipped the same day.
6. How can I track my order?
After shipment you’ll receive a tracking number (Nova Poshta) by email or SMS. You can track it in the Nova Poshta app or website. Registered users can track orders in their personal account.
7. Do you offer pickup?
Yes, pickup is available for items located in the showroom. Address: Ukraine, Kyiv, Derevyanska St 8 (MMA Style store).
Showroom hours:
- Mon–Fri: 10:00–20:00
- Sat: 10:00–18:00
- Sun: 10:00–17:00

Returns and Exchange
8. How to make a return or exchange?
If the product doesn’t fit, returns or exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt:
- Contact us at info@peresvitbrand.com or call +380683876497. Our manager will provide shipping instructions.
- After sending, share the tracking number with us.
- Once received, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 2 business days.
Return conditions:
- item unused and undamaged;
- complete set, intact packaging;
- all tags and labels preserved.
Note: if there’s a defect or our mistake, shipping cost is covered by us; otherwise — by the customer.

9. Where can I find the size chart?
Each product page includes a size chart (last image in the gallery). All charts are also available on the Size Chart page.

10. Are Peresvit products original?
Yes, all products are original Peresvit items manufactured to high quality standards.
Peresvit is a Ukrainian brand created by professional athletes. Each model is designed, tested in real training conditions, and only then produced.
Every product has official Peresvit tags and a quality guarantee.
11. What warranty applies to Peresvit goods?
All Peresvit products come with a 6–12 month warranty depending on category. The warranty term is stated on the product page.
We cover:
- seam strength;
- material integrity;
- padding reliability;
- prints (sublimation, etching);
- hardware reliability.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, mechanical damage, or minor loss of functionality over time.

12. What discount do military personnel receive?
We offer a 25 % discount on clothing and 20 % on equipment for combat veterans.
To get the discount:

- Send a photo of your veteran ID;
- Our manager will prepare your order with the discount applied.
13. How to get free delivery?
Free Nova Poshta delivery applies to all orders over 1000 UAH nationwide. Shipping cost recalculates automatically at checkout.
Showroom pickup in Kyiv is always free.

14. Do you accept custom orders?
We do not produce custom orders. However, you can check item availability or expected restock date with our managers via email or +380683876497.
15. How to care for Peresvit items?
General care instructions:
Clothing (T‑shirts, shorts, rashguards):
- wash at up to 30 °C on a delicate cycle;
- do not bleach with chlorine agents;
- air‑dry (not on a heater);
- avoid high‑temperature ironing.
Gloves and protective gear:
- wipe with a damp cloth after each training;
- dry in a well‑ventilated area;
- don’t leave in a closed bag for long;
- use special disinfectants for sports equipment.
